1. Use, scope and purpose of feeding and processing

Personal data is stored and processed for the purpose of maintaining contact with customers, market informing via e-mail, promoting sales, profiling clients with the goal of tailor-made content and products to customers in e-mail and on websites. When you send emails, we’ll record impressions on the individuals’ pages of received messages and clicks on the links in the received messages. For a better and more focused offer and customization of further messages, the recorded data is automatically processed, analyzed, profiled and evaluated by the interest of our customers for sent messages. Based on the data recorded and profiles created, we do not carry out automated decision-making.

For the purpose of informing by e-mail we store the following information:

• email address,
• name,
• surname,

We collect personal information with explicit consent with the consent of individuals. We consent together with their content and the content of the form they were obtained with.

The collected personal information is used by our following departments:

• Sales,
• Marketing,
• Customer support.

2. Amount

Collected personal data are stored in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and in no case are they placed in other countries.

3. Retention period

We store the collected personal data of individuals until the consent for the storage and processing of individual data is revoked. After the cancellation of the consent of the individual, his / her personal information is permanently deleted permanently.

Insofar as the aforementioned purposes for which we store and process personal data in our company will cease, we will permanently delete the databases whose purpose has ceased to exist.

We keep information about the received messages and clicks on the links in the received messages for 12 months after sending the message.

4. How to protect collected personal information

We always provide only content and information, but we never ask for credit card numbers or other information that could be misused by online criminals. The website www.spot-investicije.com  is hosted on a secure web server and is subject to regular security checks.

The collected personal data is used exclusively for the above purposes, we are not marketing it or forwarded to third parties, except for the partners who help us maintain a website, but who are obligated to protect personal data under the same conditions as Spot Investicije d.o.o..

In exceptional cases, we may transfer your personal information, in accordance with the law, to the state and security authorities insofar as they would give you an official request for the transmission of personal data.

5. An individual’s rights

Every individual can request at any time for his information the following:

• insight,
• correction,
• complete deletion,
• transfer to another provider of related services,
• interruption of processing and feeding; revocation of consent for processing and storage, without prejudice to the legality of the processing which, on the basis of consent or consent, consent was carried out until its cancellation.

The request can be sent via e-mail  info@spot-investicije.com or in writing by post to the head office of the company.  

In the event that we would like to further process personal data in our company for the purpose other than the purpose for which the personal data were collected, we will provide individuals with information about this other purpose and any relevant information, such as those given in this document.
